He was previously employed at Bowles Hollowell Conner where he worked on mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Seare Marriott & Co., Ryan was a Senior High-Yield Research Analyst at RBC Capital Markets in New York City where he wrote research on 25 companies in the high yield energy sector. Mr. Cheesman was an investment banking Analyst at Alterity Partners, with a focus on public and private sell-side M&A.
